This Privacy Policy explains how SADBrunch Entertainment (“SADBrunch,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use sadbrunch.com, join our mailing list, contact us, or interact with our events and ticket links.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide
We may collect your name, email address, phone number, state, city or market, event preferences, inquiry details, booking information, performer or venue application information, and any other information you choose to submit.
Ticket and transaction information
Tickets and some payments are processed by third-party platforms. We may receive limited order information such as purchaser name, contact details, ticket type, quantity, order status, and event attended. We do not intentionally collect or store full payment-card numbers through this website.
Device and usage information
When you visit the site, we and our service providers may automatically receive your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, timestamps, link interactions, and cookie or pixel identifiers.
2. Cookies, analytics, and the Meta Pixel
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, understand visits, measure campaigns, and improve event promotion. The site includes the Meta Pixel, which may allow Meta to receive information about page visits and interactions and associate that information with your Meta account in accordance with Meta’s own privacy terms. Your browser and device settings may let you limit cookies or tracking. You can also review Meta’s ad preferences and privacy controls directly through Meta.
3. How we use information

- Respond to inquiries from guests, venues, clients, performers, and partners.
- Send event updates, confirmations, and operational messages.
- Send marketing emails when you have opted in and honor unsubscribe requests.
- Analyze demand by city or event type and improve programming and advertising.
- Protect guests, performers, partners, and our services from fraud, abuse, and security threats.

4. How we share information
We may share information with service providers that support website hosting, email marketing, ticketing, payments, analytics, advertising, customer communication, and event operations. We may also share relevant information with venues, promoters, performers, production partners, or sponsors when needed to provide an event or service you requested.
We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, to investigate fraud or abuse, or as part of a merger, financing, reorganization, or sale of business assets. We do not sell personal information for money. Some privacy laws may define targeted-advertising or pixel-related disclosures as a “sale” or “sharing.” You may contact us to request that we limit such use where applicable.
5. Email and text communications
Our mailing-list form requires an affirmative email opt-in. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe option. A phone number entered on the signup form is optional and is not, by itself, consent to receive marketing text messages. Text updates require a separate, optional SMS consent checkbox and are governed by our SMS Terms & Conditions and SMS Privacy Policy. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of purchase, and subscribers may reply STOP to opt out.
6. Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain business and event records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
7. Your choices and rights
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. To make a privacy request, email info@sadbrunch.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject line.
8. Children’s privacy
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Event age requirements vary and are displayed on the relevant event or ticket page.
9. Third-party sites and embedded content
Our site may include or link to services such as Mailchimp, Eventbrite and other ticketing platforms, Meta or Instagram, YouTube, venue websites, and payment providers. Those companies process information under their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review their policies before providing information.
