Terms &
Conditions.

Effective October 12, 2026

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of sadbrunch.com and your interactions with SADBrunch Entertainment’s event information, ticket links, mailing list, and booking services.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By using this website, submitting a form, joining our mailing list, or purchasing tickets through a linked ticketing provider, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Event information and changes

We work to keep event dates, times, venues, performers, hosts, schedules, and ticket links accurate. Live entertainment is subject to change. SADBrunch and participating venues may change talent, schedules, seating, event format, or venue details when reasonably necessary. Material updates will be communicated through the ticketing provider, event page, email, or other available contact method.

3. Tickets, payments, refunds, and transfers

Ticket purchases are generally completed through third-party ticketing platforms. Their checkout terms, fees, refund rules, privacy practices, and technical requirements also apply. Unless a ticket page states otherwise, sales are final except when required by law or when an event is canceled. Processing fees may be nonrefundable. For postponed or rescheduled events, tickets will normally remain valid for the new date, and any refund or credit option will be communicated through the applicable ticketing provider.

Do not purchase tickets from unauthorized resellers. SADBrunch is not responsible for invalid, duplicated, or fraudulently resold tickets.

4. Admission and guest conduct

Admission is subject to venue capacity, age restrictions, identification requirements, dress codes, accessibility and security procedures, and other posted venue rules. Guests may be refused entry or removed for harassment, discrimination, threats, violence, intoxication, unsafe conduct, disruption, unauthorized recording, or failure to follow reasonable staff or venue instructions. Removal for misconduct does not entitle a guest to a refund.

SADBrunch is committed to inclusive LGBTQ+ entertainment and expects guests to treat performers, staff, venues, and one another with respect.

5. Photos and recordings

Events may be photographed or recorded for documentation, security, editorial, and promotional purposes. By attending a public event, you understand that you may appear incidentally in crowd photography or video, subject to applicable law. Contact us before an event if you have an accessibility, safety, or privacy concern.

6. Website use

You may use this website only for lawful personal or business inquiries. You may not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, scrape or copy protected content at scale, impersonate another person, or use the site to distribute malicious code or abusive material.

7. Intellectual property

The SADBrunch name, logos, site design, original text, graphics, photographs, videos, event concepts, and other content are owned by SADBrunch or used with permission. You may not reproduce, modify, sell, publish, or commercially exploit this content without written permission. Names, images, and marks belonging to performers, venues, sponsors, and other partners remain the property of their respective owners.

8. Third-party services and links

This site links to ticketing platforms, social networks, payment processors, venue websites, maps, and other third-party services. SADBrunch does not control those services and is not responsible for their availability, content, security, or practices. A link does not create an endorsement unless we expressly say so.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, SADBrunch disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from site use, third-party services, travel, or event changes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, any direct liability related to a specific ticketed event will not exceed the amount you paid for the affected ticket.

10. Privacy and communications

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use information. If you opt in to marketing emails, you can unsubscribe through the link in any marketing message. Transactional or service messages may still be sent when needed to fulfill a purchase, booking, or inquiry.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be handled in a court with appropriate jurisdiction in Maryland, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

12. Changes and contact

We may update these terms as our services or legal obligations change. The effective date above shows the latest revision. Questions may be sent to info@sadbrunch.com.
